You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the website. This includes any sample or actual illustrations, without express written permission by us.
Family Illustrations takes copyright & intellectual property infringements seriously and will pursue through legal means.
The description of an illustration means each person or individual will be represented by a single drawing of an object or item. If a person has a hobby which is represented by a large number of items then this cannot be described as one illustration. Ie if you order the minimum 7 illustration painting then regardless of the number of people /animals you want to represent, you will be able to have 7 individual items. So 2 people could be represented by 7 objects. Key objects, ie cars, tractors and large complicated items are considered 1 illustration. If each person would like a simple group of items to represent them then this is acceptable as one illustration ie boots, gin & tonic and a handbag. If in doubt about the number of illustrations you need to order, please get in touch as I can work with you to give you the best value for money. Below is a perfect example of a 7 illustration painting.

I want all clients to be delighted with my illustrations which will always be approved before shipping.
Refund Policy – As all illustrations begin within 14 days of buying, you will have to give your consent to waive the 14-day cooling-off period however full refunds can be given on any illustration bought if work has not commenced.
Once work has commenced, you will be protected under Part 1 Chapter 4 of the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Quite simply, it demands that any service should be carried out with 1) Reasonable care and skill, 2) within a reasonable time and 3) at a reasonable price.
In order to apply for your money-back, you must contact us via the website within 30 working days of delivery. If we accept your reason for a refund the sums will be paid as soon as possible.
Complaints – In the event of any complaint arising from your use of the website or a product please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
Order procedure -To place an order for any illustration you should follow the procedures set out on the cart pages of the website. It is your responsibility to ensure that all details of your order are complete and accurate.
Placing an order – Each order shall be an offer by you to purchase goods subject to these terms and conditions. We are entitled to reject any order and will notify you of any such rejection.
Payment – Full payment for any goods ordered must be made via the website in advance of delivery. All prices are in UK pounds sterling.
Where payments are made via PayPal then the buyer is entitled to PayPal Buyer Protection. Paypal details are available here
Availability – In the event of us being unable to supply the service ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and a full refund of the purchase price will be given
We do not accept any liability to any party for loss, damage or injury incurred by reliance placed on the information contained in this website. Any reliance on the material on this site is at your own risk.
While we attempt to ensure our bespoke illustrations are unique, it’s inevitable that a few common elements will be used ie cars, tractors, bikes etc.
Please note that a working day means 9am-5.00pm (London timezone), Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays.
